We want every devotee's experience with Poojna to be smooth. This policy outlines when refunds and rescheduling are available.
1. Cancellation Window
- More than 48 hours before muhurat: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- 24–48 hours before muhurat: 50% refund or free rescheduling to a future date.
- Less than 24 hours before muhurat: Rescheduling only; no monetary refund as priests and temple arrangements are already committed.
2. Astrology Consultations
Consultations may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations thereafter are non-refundable as the astrologer's time has been blocked.
3. Prasad & Sacred Items
Due to the consecrated nature of prasad, returns are not accepted. If your parcel arrives damaged, please share photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will dispatch a replacement at no cost.
4. Failed Pujas
In the rare event that a puja cannot be performed on the scheduled date due to temple closure or other unavoidable reasons, you may choose between a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled puja.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
