For those seeking the blessing of a child

About the Puja
Putra Ratna Prapti Mahapuja is a divine opportunity where prayer and devotion come together to open the path to Santan Sukh (joy of having a child). On this sacred day of month, special blessings of Lord Shiva are received, believed to grant the yog of a divine son to childless couples. This puja removes obstacles in conception, protects the unborn child, and invokes divine blessings for lineage growth.
Pashupatinath temple is located on the banks of the Bagmati River in Devpatan village which is just 3 kilometres away from Kathmandu. This ancient temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas. The Pashupatinath Temple is among the eight holiest Hindu sites and it attracts millions of devotees every year. According to beliefs, anyone who visits the Pashupatinath Temple with complete devotion and does darshan of the five-faced Shivalinga will never be reborn as an animal. Once Lord Shiva left Varanasi and took the form of a deer and went into deep sleep near the banks of the Bagmati River . When the gods came in search of him and tried to take him back to Varanasi, Lord Shiva jumped across to the other side of the river, during which one of his horns got broken into four pieces. After this incident, the Shivalinga of Pashupatinath manifested, and the place became renowned as Pashupatinath Dham. By simply having darshan of the Pashupatinath Temple, one gets freedom from animal rebirth, experiences peace and harmony in life and finds liberation from ailments like stomach issues, skin problems, blood pressure, diabetes, and more.
